01What data we collect

Through the inquiry form we collect the data you enter yourself:

• first and last name
• email address
• the content of your message
• photos or sketches, if you attach them

If you email or call us, we process the data you give us in that communication.

02Why we process it

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and agree on the work. We need photos and dimensions to assess the scope of work, without them a quote is often not possible.

We do not use the data for advertising, do not send newsletters and do not build user profiles.

03Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box when submitting the form, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. When a job goes ahead, we also process data to meet legal obligations, such as issuing and keeping invoices.

04Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent or pass data on to third parties for their own purposes.

The exceptions are providers without whom the service cannot work: the website and email hosting provider, which stores data on servers in the European Union, and the accounting service for issued invoices. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

05How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a job are kept for a maximum of two years and then deleted. Documentation related to completed work and issued invoices is kept as long as tax law requires.

We may use photos of completed work to present our work on the website or social media, but without your personal data and without anything that could identify you. If you do not want this, tell us and we will not do it.

06Your rights

At any time you can request:

• access to your data and information on what we hold about you
• correction of inaccurate data
• erasure of your data
• restriction of processing
• data portability in a machine readable format
• withdrawal of consent, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country.

07Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. We have no visitor measurement tools, social plugins or ad networks.

Only technical cookies needed for the site to work are used, plus cookies created when logging into the administration. These do not require consent.

The fonts on this site are loaded from our own server, not from external providers.

The contact page has a Google map that loads only when you click Show map. Only then does your browser connect to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy applies to that processing. If you do not open the map, no connection to Google is made.

The tools at the threads and materials addresses store settings in your browser for their own use only and do not send data anywhere.

08Security

The connection to the website is encrypted. Email is kept on a password protected server and only the business owner has access. We do not publish photos or documents without your consent.
